Note: 'Power on reset' at the top-card connector pin Z25 is the 'power-on reset' from
the next outboard I/O expansion unit. Neither this 'power-on reset' nor the 'power-on
reset' at the bottom of the card are repowered (both of these resets are used in the card
for control logic).
