troubleshooting
Errors
The POS Touch 14 Wide
cannot be switched
on.
The POS Touch 14 Wide
does not react to
your entries.

Possible reasons
The safety plug is not put into a
voltage-carrying outlet.
The power supply plug is not put
into the power connector of the
POS Touch 14 Wide.
The On/Off key is damaged.
The power supply is damaged.
The POS Touch 14 Wide is
damaged.
The signed-in operator is not
authorized for the respectiv
function.
The Vectron POS software is
malfunctioning.
Programming and configuration
of the POS Touch 14 Wide is
faulty.
The touch screen is damaged.
The POS Touch 14 Wide was
switched off while the operator
key was inserted; then, the
operator key was removed.
Troubleshooting
Put the safety plug of the
supplied mains cable to an
earthed socket to which
alternating current between
110 and 240 volts is connected
and which is protected with a
residual-current circuit breaker.
Put the power supply plug into
the power connector of the
POS Touch 14 Wide.
Contact your dealer Vectron.
