Beschreibung Transport Transportieren und Entladen Sie den Holzverschlag/Karton mit der nötigen Sorgfalt. Beachten Sie bei Transport von Hand die zumutbaren menschlichen Hebe- und Tragekräfte. Vermeiden Sie Schläge und Stöße und Verwindung der Klappen. Lagerung VORSICHT Gefährdung durch Funktionsverlust! Vor dem Einbau prüfen, ob sich die Klappen störungsfrei öffnen und schließen. Lagern Sie die Überdruckklappe staubdicht, trocken und wettergeschützt in der Originalverpackung. -

Wartung/Störungsbeseitigung Mittelachse ausblasseitig eingestellt um das Gewicht der Klappe auszuwuchten. Schließgewichte einlassseitig gewähr- leisten die Schließung der Klappe nach dem Ausschalten des Ventilators. Voreingestellt ist ein etwas geringerer Öff- nungsdruck als die Nennangabe in der Bezeichnung - Beispiel 1. Um den Öffnungsdruck herabzusetzen lösen Sie die Ausgleichsgewichte – Beispiel 2. Wenn notwendig, können Sie auch die Schließgewichte eindrehen. -

In the case of a malfunction or an emergency they must react correctly and adequately. Intended use Over-pressure relief vent is a device which opens automatically at design pressure difference to give a free flow path from a pressurized space (for example staircase, clean room applications) to a space of lower pressure (for example lobby, accommodation, laboratory) or to the open air. -

Garancija Namenska uporaba Loputa za vzdrževanje tlačne razlike se samodejno odpre pri izbrani tlačni razliki, da se omogoči pretok zraka iz prostora z višjim tlakom (npr. stopnišče, garderoba) v prostor z nižjim tlakom ali v okolico. ORV vzdržuje nastavljeno tlačno razliko med dvema prostoroma ali prostorom in okolico. -

Vzdrževanje/odpravljanje napak Če meje nastavljivosti niso posebej dogovorjene pri naročilu, je privzeto naslednje: tlak odpiranja je do 10% nižje preračunan od nazivnega (možnost povečanja z nastavljanjem uteži), tlak zapiranja na minimumu (možnost povečanja). Odstranitev Previdno demontirajte. OPOZORILO Nevarnost padajočega tovora! Napravo dvigajte previdno in z ustreznimi dvigali! Nosite zaščitno čelado in zaščitna očala! Odklopite loputo od kanala/stene. Previdno odstranite pritrdilni material. Loputo odložite na ustrezno paleto.
