This device is an updated version („2019") of its predecessor. It uses a modified transmission technology (higher bit depth)
and is therefore not compatible with the devices of the previous version.

Solution
Check that the power plug is properly
inserted
Check the function of the power outlet with
another device
Check the connection range
Check the connector cable between transmit-
ter and source
Check and correct wiring
Place the unit closer together or higher up
(people are also obstacles for radio waves!)
