4.3 Travaux de toupillage (29)

Une préparation réfléchie de la machine favorise un travail en toute
sécurité.
• Choisir l'outil en fonction de l'avance, de l'essence du bois, etc...
• Vérifier l'outil (état des tranchants, des surfaces de contact)
• Monter l'outil dans le bon sens
• Réglage des hauteurs et profondeurs de coupe :
machine à l'arrêt
• Régler le guide et les presseurs pour l'opération à effectuer
• Pour une sécurité optimale re-serrer tous les éléments réglés
• Faire des essais : toutes protections en place
• Placer les mains de telle manière qu'un rejet de pièce soit évité
• Pendant l'exposition en milieu bruyant : porter des protections
auditives.
• Préférer toupiller en plusieurs passes successives plutôt qu'une
passe trop importante.
4.3 Fräsarbeiten (29)

Richtiges Rüsten der Maschinen erspart Zeit und ist die Voraussetzung

• Auswahl des Werkzeuges (Vorschubart, Material des Werkstückes ...)
• Werkzeug prüfen (u.a. Zustand der Schneiden, Kontaktflächen)
• Werkzeuge in richtiger Drehrichtung montieren
• Schnitthöhe und -tiefe im Stillstand einstellen
• Schutzvorrichtungen anbringen und den Arbeitsgang entsprechend
einstellen
• Für sichere Arbeit alle Verbindungen nachziehen
• Probefräsung immer mit Schutzvorrichtungen
• Einsetzfräsung nur bei Verwendung einer Rückschlagssicherung
• Beim Aufenthalt im Lärmbereich, stet Gehörschutzmittel tragen
• Vorzugsweise in mehreren Arbeitsgängen arbeiten.

Correct preparation of the machine will optimise working conditions

• Choose a tool suitable for the grain and resin content of the timber
• Check the tool prior to mounting to ensure that the cutting edges are
sharp.
• Make height and depth of cut adjustments with the machine comple-
tely stopped
• Adjust the guard pressure to ensure the timber is held firmly against
the fence
• Check all the above again to ensure complete safety
• Use scarp timber for test cuts to ensure the machine is adjusted
correctly
• Use ear protections, to prevent hearing damage
Place your hands so as to avoid the workpiece from kincking back.
Spindle the part in several runs rather than one long run.
4.3.1 Interrupteur marche-arrêt (29B)

- Chaque bouton marche permet la mise en route de sa propre fonction.
Ex: bouton marche de la toupie = mise en marche de la toupie.
- Chaque bouton STOP permet l'arrêt de toutes les fonctions.
Ex: bouton Stop de la toupie = arrêt de la scie, de la toupie et de la
dégau-rabot.
Important : Pour la remise en marche d'une fonction, il faut impérative-
ment penser à débloquer le bouton STOP en tournant celui-ci dans le
sens des flèches.
4.3.1 Ein und Ausschalter (29B)

- jeder Einschalter erlaubt den Start von seine eigene Funktion
z.B Einschalter der Fräse = Start der Fräse
- jeder Ausschalter (STOP) erlaubt das Abschalten von alle Funktionen.
z.B Ausschalter auf der Fräse = Abschalter der Säge, der Fräse, der
Abricht-dickenhobel.
Wichtig : für den Re-start einer Funktion, muß man umbedingt den
Stopschalter in den Durchhangrichtung entriegeln.
4.3.1 On/off switch (29B)

- each on/switch allows the start up of his own function
Ex. : on/switch of the spindle moulder = start up of the spindle moulder
- each off/switch (STOP) allows the stoppage of all the functions
Ex. : off/switch of the spindle moulder = stoppage of the saw, the spin-
del and the planer-thicknesser
Important : for the re-start up of one function, it is necessary to release
the off/switch turning it in the direction of the arrows
