Overheating protection: Reset switch
The appliance has a protection switch on the back of the appli-
ance which is triggered in the event of overheating.
The most frequent cause of overheating is a blocked lint filter
(see "Cleaning the lint filter"). Also ensure that there is good
ventilation around the appliance and that the vents are clear.

As soon as the protection switch has been triggered, the appli-
ance will no longer heat up.
• Switch the device off.
• Wait approx.10 minutes before restarting the appliance and
after you have rectified the problem.
• Press the reset switch to switch the heat back on. You will
hear a click.
