- Page 4 Introduction Our Camtree Hunt Camera cage Shoulder Rig Kit for Red Scarlet /Epic (CH-RSE-SRK) not only it protects the camera from the rigors of production but also converts it into a full fledge production tool. This Robust rig enables easy & comfortable handheld operation and allows attaching various accessories for more possibilities on the professional front.
- Page 5 Storage Box Assembling Attach your Red Scarlet / Epic camera with Base Plate. Then attach Dovetail Plate for tripod mounting to Base Plate. Tighten both with provided screws to secure them. Now attach Quick Release Plate to Dovetail Plate and mount it on tripod. Tighten the knobs to secure it well.
- Page 6 Attach the four Cage Brackets to Base Plate and fix them tightly using allen key. Then mount Top Plate with 15mm rod adapter on Cage Brackets. After attaching the Top Plate, tighten all screws on Cage Brackets. Now slide-in Top Handle on 15mm rod adapter and tighten the knob to secure it.
- Page 7 Insert the two 200mm aluminium rods into 15mm adapter holes on top of the Cage and tighten the knob properly. Similarly, insert the two 300mm aluminium rods into 15mm rod adapter of Base Plate and tighten the knob correctly. ...
- Page 8 Attaching the Follow Focus Mount Gear Belt over camera lens focusing ring and attach Follow Focus on 300mm rods. Align the drive gear with Gear Belt and secure the knob tightly. NOTE: You can use Speed Crank for precise focusing.
- Page 9 Align knicker to Matte Box, mount it over the front lens and tighten its thread. NOTE: To use your setup as Shoulder Mount Rig, consider following steps to assemble: Loosen red knobs of Base Plate and press the red button of Dovetail Plate. Then remove the Dovetail Plate from Base Plate.
- Page 10 Now attach Handle Grips to Handle Brackets and tighten the knobs to secure. You can also adjust the angle of Handles by using these knobs. Now slide-in Dovetail Plate for shoulder mounting onto the Cross Bar and secure with provided knob.
