A hard disk with 12 GB of user memory is available on the PCU 50 for expansion of the CNC
memory.

● Hard disk can still be used as a data carrier

Card reader

Using the SINUMERIK card reading unit in combination with CF, SD and MMC cards, data
can be archived and user data exchanged. The connection is made via a USB interface. The
card reader can be booted. Cards can be inserted and removed during operation.
