CAJUN DIRTY RICE
1 pound lean ground beef
5 cups beef broth

Combine all ingredients in Slow Cooker except rice. Cover and cook on
HIGH for 2-3 hours. Stir in rice. Cover and cook on HIGH for an addi-
tional hour, stirring twice.
Yield: 8-10 servings

Bake spare ribs in 500° F oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through
cooking. Drain grease and place spare ribs in Slow Cooker. Mix all
other ingredients to make a sauce. Pour sauce over spare ribs. Cover
and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
Yield: 4-6 servings
