When I go to use my popcorn popper, I put the required amount of kernels in the top of the machine. It starts popping but, the kernels don't pop. Instead, they come out of the spout, and into the bowl without popping. Is there something I'm not doing or, should be doing? I haven't used it that often, and it never used to do that. Thank you for your assistance. Mark B Handler
Unpopped kernels may come out of the spout if more than one Measuring Cup of kernels is used in a single cycle, which can overfill the machine. Overfilling may prevent proper heating and airflow, causing some kernels to remain unpopped and be expelled.
