1.4 Checking unit fitting
• Suspend unit from screw(s) and turn the 2 screws through the case for the bottom
fixing "B" and tighten.
Important! Check horizontal and vertical alignment again with spirit level.
• Fit steam cylinder:

1. Insert steam cylinder in unit carefully align (connecting plug must point
forwards) and secure with clamping ring.
2. Insert steam outlet hose over steam hose nipple and secure with hose clip.
3. Connect cable harness.
4. Fit front cover and lock with screwdriver (turn 90° to right).
Check correct fitting using the following check-list:
- Is the steam humidifier correctly positioned (observe positioning instructions)?
- Is the steam humidifier correctly fixed (check horizontal and vertical alignment,
check unit fixing)?
- Is the steam connection in the unit fitted correctly (hose clip correctly placed and
tightened)?
- Is the steam cylinder correctly secured (clamping ring tightened)?
- Is the cable harness correctly connected?
- Is the front cover locked (cover contact)?
