Printing on Envelopes
Follow the procedure below to print on envelopes. The envelopes are fed from the bypass tray.
Before loading envelopes, make sure their edges are sharply creased by rubbing the edges with a pen or similar object.
Load them properly because the printable area depends on the orientation.
Open the printer properties dialog box from the application.
On the [Setup] tab, click [Envelope] in the [Paper type:] list.
Make the necessary settings, and then click [OK].
A confirmation message appears.
Check the message, and then click [OK].
Make print settings, and then click [OK].
The [Test Paper Feed/Resume] key lights.
Slide the envelope selector to the rear position
Open up the bypass tray guides as far as they will go, and then pull the bypass tray extension out.
