REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Front Wheel Replacement
Tools Required: Two (2) 14 mm Wrenches

Remove the nuts on both sides of
the front axle using a 14 mm wrench
then remove the lock washers and
remove the wheel from the fork.

Tighten the nuts using two (2)
14 mm wrenches.

Insert the new wheel into the
front fork with the lock washers on
the outside of the fork. See step #3.

Insert tab on the lock washer (B)
into the hole (A) on the front fork and
then place the nuts (C) on top of the
lock washer (B).
