Preparing Your LCD HDTV for Wall Mounting

The VIZIO VW46L FHDTV20A can either be kept on the stand base or mounted on the wall for viewing.
If you choose to mount the VW46L FHDTV20A on the wall, please follow the instructions below for
removing the stand base.

To remove the stand base

1. Unplug all of the cables and cords
from your VW46L FHDTV20A.
2. Place the VW46L FHDTV20A face
down on a soft and flat surface
(blanket, foam, cloth, etc) to prevent
any damage to the TV.
3. Remove the eight (8) screws holding
the base to the TV.
4. Carefully remove the stand base.
Note: The specs for these screws are self-tapping 4mm, 20mm long.
5. Now, the VW46L FHDTV20A can fit
securely to a mount (sold separately)
by utilizing the mounting holes in the
center of the back panel of the TV.
Please make sure to read the
instructions of your specific mount to
properly hang the VW46L
FHDTV20A.
The pitch of the mounting holes is 600mm
horizontally and 200mm vertically.
The screw type required is metric M8,
1.25mm pitch. The length of the screws will
depend on the thickness plate being attach to
the TV set; our brackets come with different
length screws.
