Operating without Stand (handheld)
1. Firmly hold the electric mixer with both hands.
2. Press the ON/OFF switch (1) with one hand.
3. Now use the other hand to turn the speed regulator clockwise or counter
clockwise to power on the mixer and to setup the desired operating speed.
The speed is indicated on the display (9).
4. If you want a continuous operation of the electric mixer, press the locking
button (2) to lock the ON/OFF switch in place.
5. To switch off the device, release the ON/OFF switch resp. press the ON/OFF
switch one more time to release the locking button.
Operating with Stand
1. Firmly attach the electric mixer to the stand.
2. Press the ON/OFF switch (1) and then press the locking button (2).
3. Use the SLOW key (8) and/or the QUICK key (11) to setup the desired
operating speed. The speed is indicated on the display (9).
4. Press the OFF/ON key (10) to switch on the electric mixer.
5. Press the OFF/ON key one more time to switch it off.
6. Press the ON/OFF switch (1) one more time. The locking button is released.
This prevents unintentionally switching on the device.
Gear Selection and Speed Regulator
The electric mixer is equipped with an electronic speed regulator and with a 2-
gear drive.
Use the gear selection switch (5) to select one of the two available gear speeds.
Depress the gear selection switch and push it up to setup the first gear I. In
the first gear you can use the speed regulator (4) resp. the QUICK and SLOW
keys to adjust the operating speed from 180 to 420 rpm.
Depress the gear selection switch and push it downward to setup the second
gear II. In the second gear you can use the speed regulator resp. the QUICK
and SLOW keys to adjust the operating speed from 290 to 680 rpm.
Note: In case gears can not be changed easily, turn/move the drive shaft of the
mixer (7) a little bit by hand.
Important: Switch off the device before changing gears.
