Before first Use

Remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging. Please keep
packing materials away from infants. There is danger of suffocation! Clean all
parts of the appliance before using the first time as described below under
"cleaning" on page 11.

Assembling the appliance

1. Make sure the pizza oven sits steadily on a solid, level surface. Make sure
that there is enough space around the oven and the ventilation holes are free.
2. Plug the appliance into a wall socket. The pizza oven is now ready for use.
Make sure the TIME switch (1) and the temperature switch (3) are in the
position 0. Now the oven is switched off.
3. Turn the temperature switch (3) to the highest level of 250 °C. Turn the TIME
switch clockwise and let the oven to heat up for 15 minutes. The smell is
harmless and disappears in a while. Make sure, there is sufficient ventilation
in the room.

Operating

The appliance comes with a tray, a pizza stone and a grill. According to the
intended use, place the meals you want to bake, grill or heat up either on the tray
or on the grill.
Use the pizza stone for pizza. First, heat up the pizza stone before using it.
Handle the pizza stone with care. The pizza stone is not break-proof.
If you want to use other ovenware, make sure that it is heat-proof and fits in the
pizza oven. The ovenware should not touch the inside of the glass door.
1. Place the meal in the oven and close the door.
2. Select the temperature and turn the temperature switch (3) clockwise. Select
the desired temperature according to the times given in the table "Recom-
mended Temperatures and Cooking Times" in the next page.
3. Turn the TIME switch (1) clockwise to set the desired time. The pizza oven
starts heating and the power indicator (4) turns on.
