Problem solving

Power failure
If, in the event of a power failure, the bed gets stuck in a position,
there is an emergency function for lowering the bed. This is accom-
plished with the remote. Use the button for the head- and footrest
(see the illustration on page 11). Remember to change the battery in
the motor afterwards, because all the battery's energy gets consumed.
Shutdown
If you have problems raising or lowering the whole bed, or the
back- or footrest, follow these steps: Check that all the electric wires
are connected to the electric outlet and that the electric contact is
functioning. If you have two motorized beds with individual remotes,
try swapping the remotes to determine that there is nothing wrong
with the remote. If none of this helps, contact your retailer for service.
Lighting
If the lighting under the bed is not working, try using another remote.
If this does not help, contact your retailer.
Control via smartphone and tablet
If the control from your smartphone or tablet is not working, start
by updating the app. If this does not help, there is additional problem-
solving help to be found in the manual that accompanies the Blue-
tooth box. If you are not able to solve the problem on your own,
contact your retailer.

25-year warranty on frames and springs
5-year motor warranty
Building, assembling and testing every bed down to the tiniest
detail allows us to guarantee that it's going to last. That's why
Viking Beds is able to offer a 25-year warranty on the frame
and springs as well as a 5-year warranty on the motors on
adjustable beds. The warranty does not include filler material.
Warranty coverage
The warranty applies solely to damage to the spring systems
or the wooden frame.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage to the
fabric, filling, top mattress or slats.
Warranty claims shall be submitted to the place of purchase.
Proof of warranty and purchase (the warranty and purchase
receipt) shall be submitted upon return.
Viking Beds of Sweden retains the right to determine whether
damage to a frame or spring is caused by faulty material or
manufacturing or external force.
Viking Beds of Sweden retains the right to replace the returned
product with an equivalent if it is no longer in our range of
products.
