4. Smooth the bag out, if possible. Place
the open edge of the bag inside the
appliance and push the bag in until
it is stopped by the end stops (17) in
the appliance.
5. Press the VAC SEAL (4) button or the
SEAL button (2).
The associated indicator light comes
on.
The lock (15) locks the lid and
"CLOSE" appears on the display.
The sealing or vacuum-sealing starts.
Note!
You can interrupt the vacuum or seal-
ing process at any time by pressing
the STOP button (6).
Wait at least 60 seconds between
each sealing.
Settings
Press the FOOD (3) button to choose
between dry and wet foods.
The associated indicator light comes
on.
The vacuum-sealing time is longer
with wet foods.
UK
Press the MODE (5) button to choose
between normal and gentle vacuum-
sealing.
The associated indicator light comes
on.
The vacuum-sealing time is longer
with fragile foods.
You can interrupt the vacuum process
or continue the sealing process at any
time by pressing the SEAL button (2).
VACUUM-SEALING BOTTLES
AND CONTAINERS
If you have vacuum containers, wine
corks and a hose, you can use the appli-
ance to suck the air out of the containers
or wine bottles, allowing the contents to
last longer.
Insert the hose into the connection
(19).
Attach the hose to the wine cork or
the vacuum container. There must be
at least 2.5 cm clearance at the top of
the container.
