travel case
***Bottom Case Assembly***
Step 2: Needed: Front & back panels with
black feet.
Have (1) person hold the panels on
edge parallel to each other (as shown)
Step 3: Needed: (2) Side panels with extended
corner extrusion (not the side panels
with the washer & screw)
Have 2nd person slide the panels in
(as shown)
Step 4: Use the included allen key to tighten the
(4) screws inside the legs of the side panels
Step 5: Using (2) people, stand the bottom
case assembly upright & set aside
2TCASE - Display Case
*** 2 People are needed for assembly***
Step 6: Needed: Wooden floor panel
With the unit upright, open the door &
insert the wooden floor panel by pushing
it down in the base until it is fully seated in
the extrusion. The wooden floor panel is
pressure-fitted into the unit, so extra force
may be required to properly place panel in
the unit
Note: The wooden floor panel is the panel with all the
hardware attached on the underside. Remove all
hardware from the panel before assembly
***Top Case Assembly***
Step 7: Assemble the bottom by putting together
the (3) non-door panels - then slide in the
light panel and slide on the door
Step 8: Using (2) people, stand the top case
assembly upright
Very Important: The top case assembly must be picked up
by the front & back panels. The side panels of the top
case assembly are not secured & will slide out of the
unit if not picked up properly. Highly recommended to

To dismantle a Displays2go 2TCASE, reverse the assembly steps:
1. Open the display case door.
2. Remove the wooden floor panel by pulling it up from the base. Extra force may be needed since it is pressure-fitted.
3. Slide off the door, then remove the light panel.
4. Detach the top case panels.
5. Remove the side panels with extended corner extrusions.
6. Detach the front and back panels with black feet.
7. Store all parts in the black travel case.
Two people are recommended for the process.
