Setting the handset volume

The handset volume can be set and saved at any of three levels.
PROGRAM
Press the programming key.
Press 4. The current volume setting is displayed (e.g. "2/3 " is the middle
volume 2 of 3).
Z
Use numerical keys 1 to 3 to set the preferred volume.
PROGRAM
Press the programming key to save the setting.

Muting the handset

If you do not want your call partner to hear what you are saying to another person in
the room, you can temporarily mute your handset.
H
You are conducting a call.
Press the
CLEAR
The call is put < < Mute > > , and the call partner cannot hear you, but you can
hear your call partner.
Pr ess the
CLEAR
-key. The display shows
CLEAR
-key. Your call partner can hear you again.
