Solution
»
Verify that the plugs are inserted.
»
Contact consumer services or your service
centre.

Top up the reservoir with cool potable water .
»
Verify the correct insertion of the Brita® filter (see
the instructions which came with the filter).

Wait for the dispenser ready indicator ring
to light up.
»
Move the steam dispensation knob to the
standby position.

Ensure that the capsule holder is in the
fully inserted position.

Wait for the ready light to come on per-
manently.

Clean the capsule holder (see maintenance
and cleaning).

Insert a new capsule.

Use fresh, partially skimmed milk.

Clean the steam tube with a needle and

ENSURE THAT THE MACHINE IS OFF AND THE
STEAM DISPENSER KNOB IS CLOSED and clean
the steam dispenser tube hole with a thin
needle, ensuring that it is free of any ob-
structions and then turn the machine on
and dispense a small amount of steam.
