(4) Programmingfor protocol, etc.
This programmingis intended to select "ProcedureYes" or
"ProcedureNo" for protocol, "Modem connectionyest~or
"Modem connectionNo" for modem, and
"sensing yes" or
"Sensing No" for control signals (DR and CS). If "Procedure
No" is selected for protocol, sending of print data alone
can be accomplishedas a transmissionjob. In this case
this job is performed even if "Sending of print data
Disable" has been selected in (1) "Programmingto select
data handling functions."
a. Programmingprocedure
Perform this programming in the PGM mode by using the
followingprocedure.
