TIP: Don't tighten the nuts at this time.
STEP 5:
Use two bolts (13) and two nuts (16) to
attach wheel guard (5) to front of handles.
TIP: Bolts should point to the inside of the handles. Use a ½" wrench or
!
socket to fully tighten wheel guard. Leave the rest of the nuts and bolts
loosely fastened.

STEP 4:
Place leg brace (8) across back
of leg and loosely attach using
two bolts (15) and two nuts (16).
Repeat to attach the other end
of the leg brace to the other leg.
Push grips (11) onto ends of
each handle.
