STEP 1:
Push bolts (2) through bottom of tray (1)
and through riser (3).
Repeat for second riser.

TIP: The riser will grab the bolts and hold them in place.
STEP 3:
Make sure the holes in leg (10) are facing
the back of the tray and then place leg over
bolts and loosely attach to handle with nuts
(16). Repeat for other leg.

STEP 2:
Turn tray over, place handles (4) over bolts
and lower onto risers.
