    Safety Precautions Danger of electric shock The amplifier carries mains voltage and voltages higher than 35 V AC or DC inside. It has no special pro- tection against the intrusion of liquids or objects into the system. There is therefore a risk of lethal electric shock.

    1.Connecting the signal cables POWER ON/OFF Do not turn on until all connections are completed. LINE POWER CONNECTION The amplifier has a universal AC power supply and will work on AC voltages between 100 and 240 volts automatically. Use only the supplied 90-degree elbow AC cable.

    Status LED Indicator The infrared receiver and the status LED are located on the front behind the grille. During operation, the LED color will change according to the input selection. The status LED confirms triggering of a command by the remote control by flashing briefly. Note: The sound will not be generated from the speakers for approximately 5 seconds after the unit is powered on.

    Remote Control Power POWER MUTE Use the power key to turn the device on/off. (If the amplifier is turned off with the remote control, auto-sense on will be deactivated.) SOURCE Mute Button The mute button allows the device to be muted and unmuted. ANALOG VOLUME The LED will flash while the amplifier is muted.

    PCM Sound Format The speaker system uses signals in the PCM (Pulse Code Modulator) format at the digital inputs. It may be necessary to adjust the settings of players such as TV sets or game consoles accordingly. To do this, select PCM as the audio output format in the playback menu.
