Replacing Drives - If the Mercury Elite Pro Dual USB-C is set up as a RAID 1, a drive that has failed can be replaced to rebuild the array. The data will remain accessible via the functioning drive until the array is rebuilt with a new drive.
3.2 Troubleshooting Begin by verifying that the power cable is connected to the Mercury Elite Pro Dual USB-C and to a power source. If the power cable is connected to a power strip, make sure that the power strip switch is in the ON position.
