Top Glass Holder Removed
3. Remove top Glass Holder.
4. Reverse this procedure to install a replacement
End Glass.
End Glass – Hot Food Unit
WARNING:
THE POWER MUST BE TURNED OFF
AND DISCONNECTED AT ALL TIMES
DURING MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR
FUNCTIONS.
Hot Food Unit End Glass
1. Unpack and inspect the End Glass Kit.
2. Ensure that the Thermostat is in OFF position
and disconnect unit from its power source.
