What is a podcast?
A podcast is a group of audio or video files that is published on the
Internet. The files, called episodes, can be downloaded to a computer for
playback automatically by using RSS. Many news sites, corporations, and
individuals publish podcasts by using RSS. You can subscribe to a
podcast by using your computer. When the latest episodes are added to
the podcast, you can download them to your computer and transfer them
to your Walkman using Media Go. For a Mac computer, you can use
Content Transfer to transfer them. You can also transfer them by
drag-and-drop from Windows Explorer or the Mac Finder.

Preparing podcasts
You need to transfer podcast episodes onto your Walkman from your
computer in order to enjoy them on the Walkman. After importing the
podcast episodes you want to play onto your computer, use Media Go to
transfer them to the Walkman. For a Mac computer, you can use Content
