First, remove the Main Exposure Glass (see section 5.3.1) and Shield Plate (see sec-
tion 5.3.5).

[C]: Scanner Motor Assembly (4 screws, 1 connector)

Before taking out the motor assembly, loosen the scanner drive
wire timing belt. To do this, loosen three screws.
