Never put the appliance down when it is switched on, and

Never place the appliance close to sources of heat, and

protect the power cable against potential damage .
Do not operate the appliance if it has sustained a fall or is

damaged in any way . Have the appliance checked and/or
repaired by qualified technicians .
Do not cover the air intake grille 6 while operating the

appliance . Clean the grille at regular intervals .
The appliance and its accessories can become hot when in

use . Therefore, only touch the handle and the buttons .
Always use the appliance with the attachments fitted, never

on its own, since the attachment insertion slot 1 becomes hot
during operation .
Allow the appliance to cool down before attaching or

detaching attachments .
Use only the supplied original accessories, since these have

been optimised for interaction with the appliance . Other
parts may not be adequately safe .
Keep the air inlet and outlet openings clear so as to have

unimpaired air flow . Otherwise the appliance may overheat .
Exercise caution when using hair spray, water atomizers etc .

The air flow may blow these substances directly into your eyes .
On the other hand, these substances must not be allowed
to penetrate the appliance, since they may be inflammable,
aggressive or electrically conductive .
