Powering ON/OFF
Connect the mains plug to the mains socket. The unit will enter STANDBY mode. "OFF" will
show on the display.
Press the POWER button on the unit or the remote control to switch the unit on.

DVD Playback
Loading a disc
Press the OPEN/CLOSE

• For a double-sided disc, load the side which you want to play facing down.
• There are two different disc sizes. Place the disc in the correct guide on the disc tray.
If the disc is out of the guide, it may damage the disc and cause the DVD player to
malfunction.
• Do not place a disc which is unplayable in this DVD player.

Depending on the disc, a menu may appear on the TV screen by pressing and holding
the ZOOM/MENU button on the remote control. Press the
remote control to select menu options and press the OK button on the remote control
to start, or press digits to select a menu options directly.
" Not allowed at the moment" may appear on the TV screen during operation. It means that the
operation is not permitted by the DVD Player or the disc.
The DVD Player will switch to screen saver mode after being idle for sometime. Press any button to
exit the screen saver.
Setup
Press the SETUP button on the remote control to display the setup menu.
Pause Playback
