I need to purchase a 'cup filter' for the canister for my Levoit upright vacuum, LVAC-120 22.2V DC. It's over the 2-year warranty and is very useable except the cup filter is missing. Thank you.

my vacuum does not start. All three lights are turned on when I plug it on. They stay for a few minutes and then disappear. I have cleaned the filters and rollers
