- Page 4 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS UNITE MODULE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Included with each module is a set of allen head bolts and locking T-Nuts. Insert the two allen head bolts from the back and loosely thread on the locking T-Nuts with the rounded end facing towards the module. Leave about a 2-3 threads gap.
- Page 5 UNITE MODULAR BAR 4. Prep the Quick Connect Rail by installing the left (passenger side) wing mount using 2 wing mount bolts and a 13mm socket wrench. (Figure 4.) 5. Slide the first module onto the quick connect rail by aligning the T-Nuts on the back of the module.
- Page 6 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 8. Slide on the last module with Deutsch Power Connector attached. (Figure 8.) 9. Install the wing mount using 2 Wing Mount Bolts and a 13mm socket wrench. (Figure 9.) FIG. 8 FIG. 9 6. Adjust all the modules so that they are centered on the bar. Once centered, secure all the modules to the rail by tightening the bolts on the back of each module using the 5mm Allen Key.
