The distance between the infrared lamp and the radiated part of the body should not be less than the following: IL 11: at least 24 in (60 cm) IL 21: at least 32 in (80 cm) Protective eyewear which corresponds to the requirements of DIN EN 171 2002 must be worn for treatment distances under 80 cm. -
