The Vello BG-N16-2 battery grip offers extended
shooting time and comfort when shooting in a vertical
(portrait) orientation. The grip is compatible with the
Nikon D5500 and D5600 DSLR cameras and accepts up
to two Nikon EN-EL14/EL14a rechargeable batteries. It
offers an alternate shutter release button that triggers the
camera via the included shutter release cable, making the
grip ideal for shooting portrait photography. An included
IR remote allows easy line-of-sight wireless shooting.
