1. General notes and liabilities
1.1 About this manual
Please read this manual carefully and thoroughly and keep it for
future reference. This applies to all persons building, using,
maintaining or repairing this desk. This manual includes valuable
information for a safe and proper usage of the desk. Should you
have any questions please refer to this manual or contact us at
info@leetdesk.com. Should you choose to sell this desk, make sure
to provide the buyer with this manual as well.
1.2 Proper usage of the desk
LeetDesk is only meant to be used as a electrically height-adjustable
desk in closed rooms. This desk is not to be used for other uses.
Any other, non appropriate usage is done under the user's own risk.
When using LeetDesk make sure to not let unsupervised children
use it. Despite having a built-in anti-collision system there will be
remaining risk for injuries. The manufacturer shall not be liable for
damages caused by inappropriate usage of the desk.
1.3 Manufacturer liability
The manufacturer will not be made liable for any damages or injuries
to people, animals or property caused by improper usage,
neglecting of this manual's instructions, user's own fault, inadequate
maintenance or faulty assembly.
The manufacturer will also not be made liable if any modifications to
the desk done by the user through use of improper spare parts or
modification of the desk itself.
