Troubleshooting
The following is a list of problems you may encounter when using this appliance and
some suggestions that may help to correct the problem. If you still have problems,
please contact our customer service.

Possible Solution
• Check that the machine is prop-
erly plugged in and turned on.
• Check whether a power failure
has occurred. Test by plugging in
another electrical appliance.
• Ensure the drain hose is properly
installed.
• Ensure the standpipe is between
860mm and 1200mm high.
• To prevent siphoning, ensure the
drain hose does not extend more
than 20mm from the end of the
hose guide.
• The washer has compensated by
lowering the spin speed.

speed as a protective measure.
• Check the washer is level (see
page 12).
• Ensure an appropriate water level
is selected for the load size.
• Press Start/Pause and
redistribute the load.
