If the energy saving mode is constantly on, check if the toast sensor is working. If the toast sensor does not function, the machine will not exit energy save mode. Also, verify that the machine is not in Bypass mode, as energy save mode will not function in Bypass mode. If the issue persists, contact technical support, as it may indicate a problem with the Sycloid microcontroller circuit.
