    2. Device Operation 2.1 Device charging Before First Use: Ensure a fully charged MD4 upon receipt by docking it in the charging cradle prior to use. It may take 3 hours to ensure a full charge. The power icon will light-up in orange when charging and the power icon will flash when fully charged.

    2. Device Operation (Continued) 2.2 Power Turn On MD4 by pushing and holding the power button until the device vibrates. Turn Off MD4 by pushing and holding the power button until the device vibrates. When device loses battery power and powers down the MD4 will vibrate and make an audible series of beeps as it turns off.

    4. Device Operation (Continued) 2.4 Emergency (SOS) Button In order to initiate an emergency or SOS notification, press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds or until you feel the MD4 vibrate (this is a default setting that can be customized).

    2. Device Operation (Continued) 2.4.1 Answering Calls By default the MD4 can be called from any phone and any phone number. When the MD4 is called, the device will ring and vibrate (set by default) and this can be set to only ring, only vibrate or to be placed on silent mode.
