    FRUIT AND VEGETABLE STRAINER ATTACHMENT CHART NOTE: None of the parts and accessories of this KitchenAid Fruit/Veg Strainer attachment (model 5KSMFVSP) are compatible with the parts and accessories of the KitchenAid Metal Food Grinder Attachment (model 5KSMMGA) or previous KitchenAid Food Grinder Attachment (model 5FGA) and vice versa.
  • Page 5 PRODUCT USAGE NOTE: To avoid damage to the Fruit and Vegetable Strainer attachment and/or the Stand Mixer, Labruscan or slip-skin type grapes such as Concord, Catawba, and Ontario grapes should not be processed in the Fruit and Vegetable Strainer. Only Ninifera family grapes such as Tokay and Thompson Seedless may be processed.
  • Page 6 PRODUCT USAGE ASSEMBLING THE ATTACHMENT TO THE STAND MIXER Turn the Stand Mixer off and unplug. Remove the attachment hub cover. Tighten the Stand Mixer attachment hub Insert the attachment shaft housing into knob clockwise until the attachment is the attachment hub. completely secured to the Stand Mixer.
