  • Page 15 Install Level Adjusters, Door Hinge Bracket and Storage Shelf onto Right Cabinet Install Level Adjusters onto the bottom of the Right Cabinet and tighten securely by Hand. Install Door Hinge Bracket onto the Bottom Shelf using 2 Countersunk Flat Head Screws and tighten securely.
  • Page 16 Install Right Cabinet Separation Panel Bracket Phillips Head Screw 3/16"x3/8" Qty. 4 Part # S112G03064 (Separation panel Bracket-left) (Separation panel Bracket-right) Install Partition Panel and adjust Level adjusters Attach the four(4) Phillips Head Screws 1/4"x3/8" to Left and Right Cabinet panels. Tighten the screws only halfway, then place the Partition Panel over the screws and tighten all the screws securely.
  • Page 17 Install Barbecue Head and Replace Support Bracket Remove all cooking components from the Barbecue Head. With the help of your assistant, lift Barbecue Head and place onto the Bowl Support Brackets (see Fig.4-1). NOTE: The hands should be placed on the back top of grill lid and under of control panel, upper when lifting the Barbecue Head.
