Trouble shooting
If abnormal operations occur while in use,
please check the following flowchart and take the appropriate measures.
<For Normal Close (N.C.)>
Operation failure
Fluid can't stop
Fluid can't flow
Coil burning
Cause
Power SUP on
Large vibration/Impact
Wiring failure/ Wrong wiring
Foreign matter
High viscosity
Opposite connection
High leaked voltage
Power SUP off
Low voltage
High viscosity
High pressure differential
Low pressure differential
(For pilot operated type)
High fluid and ambient temp
Coil breakage due to
mishandling of surge
Foreign matter
High voltage
High fluid/ambient temp
Water splashes over for a long time
Large vibration/impact

Countermeasure
Turn it OFF/Check the circuit
Vibration isolation/
Change installation site
Rearrange the wiring
Eliminate the foreign matter/
Install a filter
Reduce it to 50 cst or less
Make IN port the
high pressure side
Control the leaked voltage as blow.
AC: less than 20% of rated voltage.
DC: less than 5% of rated voltage.
Turn it ON/Check the circuit
Adjust the voltage
Reduce it to 50 cst or less
Adjust the pressure/
Select the appropriate model
Adjust the pressure/
Select the appropriate model
Select the appropriate model
