25. LEG Assembly
25-1 Remove the pedal box assembly together with the pedal
pillars. (See Procedure 25.)
25-2 Remove the one (1) screw marked [5]. Then remove
the leg assembly C. (Fig. 18)

The right and left leg assemblies S can be likewise
removed.
26. Disassembling the GH Keyboard Assembly
26-1 Remove the keyboard unit. (See Procedure 16.)

Before removing the board, insert the round rod (Rod:
TX TX000670) between the frame and hammer so as
not to distort the contact rubber.
26-2 AEXL88-L circuit board
Remove the seven (7) screws marked [260A]. The
AEXL88-L circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 19)
26-3 AEXL88-H circuit board
Remove the ten (10) screws marked [260B]. The
AEXL88-H circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 19)

The white and black keys may be removed together
with the AEXL88-L and the AEXL88-H circuit boards.
26-4 White key
Insert a thin material like a metal measure (in the clearance
in the direction shown by the triangular mark close to the
white keyboard fulcrum). Lower the stopper marked [A]
and move the white key forward until the white hooks
marked [B] and [C] are unfastened. The white key can
then be removed by holding it up. (Figs. 20, 21)

In doing this, take enough care not to damage the spring
by moving the white key forward.

The black key can be removed by removing the white
keys on both sides.
26-5 Hammer white key
Remove the white key and push down the spring once.
The Hammer white key can then be removed from the
hook. (Fig. 22)
With the GH keyboard assembly on the back, peel off the
stopper L88 and then the hammer white key. (Fig. 23).

The hammer black key can be removed in the same
manner as the hammer white key.
Leg assembly S
[5]
[5]: Hexagonal Bolt M10 × 1.25 × 60 (V6183900)
(Note)
Two or more persons should be involved in the removal
of the leg assembly.
For removal of the leg assembly, lay a soft cloth over
the floor. Place on it the main unit on its side and do the
removal work with care taken not to damage it. Also
take extra care not to get injured during removal.
