The First Flag and Last Flag fields are interpreted by the receiving device as follows:
• First Flag = 1 / Last Flag = 0: First piece of a split message.
• First Flag = 0 / Last Flag = 1: Second piece of a split message.
• First Flag = 1 / Last Flag = 1: Complete, unsplit message.
