TROUBLESHOOTING

Before calling customer support, check the following table for a possible
solution to the problem.
CAMERA
No power.
Power
The camera
turns off by
itself.
An image is
not captured
when the
shutter button
is pressed.

The batteries
are dead.
The batteries
have not been
inserted
correctly.
The battery/
card cover is
not completely
closed.
The power
save function
is operating.
The power is
not turned on.
Cause
Insert new
batteries.
Reinsert the
batteries,
making sure to
orient them
correctly.
Close the
battery/card
cover
completely.
Not a
malfunction.
iIf the auto
auto power
off function
was
activated,
turn the
camera on
before
shooting.
iIf the camera
was turned
off, press the
on/off button
to turn it on.
