Process
•
Put the pump into lock adapter (Fig .3, Part 6).
•
Install to the trolley.
•
Install cut-off valve (Fig 3, Part 1).
•
Install filter (Fig 3, Part 2).
•
Install regulator, which controls the speed, and adjust the air pressure (Fig 3, Part 3).
•
Install lubricator, which self-lubricates (Fig 3, Part 4).
•
Install control valve, which controls the flux. When the speed is too fast, the pump will close
automatically to avoid damage (Fig 3, Part 5).
•
Connect oil output.
Pressure Relief procedure
•
Turn off the cut-off valve, shut off air
•
Connect the pump to the waste equipment, switch oil valve, and relief pressure
•
Turn the air supply and oil fluid.
•
Turn off the oil valve.
Disconnect the air supply after use so that oil can't leak out in case one of the pump's components
should break.
Never allow the pump to run dry of the material being pumped. A dry pump will quickly accelerate
to a high speed and possibly damage itself.
If your pump accelerates quickly, or is running too fast, stop it immediately and check the material
supply. If the supply container is empty and air has been pumped into the lines, prime the pump and
lines with material, or flush it and leave it filled with a compatible solvent. Be sure to eliminate all air
from the material lines.

If there are multiple pumps on the air line, close the air regulators and bleed-type master air
valves to all but one pump.
