Programming via SIM Card
In the case of transparent transmission (A1), no programming is necessary for standard
applications. For SMS transmission, the number of the SMS receiver must by programmed.
Programming is done via entries in the phone book of the SIM card. Here, the value to be
programmed is saved as a number (e.g. 491601234567) with a name (e.g. S4) on the storage
slot (e.g. 4) in accordance with the table below.
Important: The ITS-300GSM generates a standard programming on the SIM card if no valid
entries are found there. The parameters can then be changed with a cell phone. To do this,
insert the SIM card in the cell phone, search for the entry to be changed in the phone book
(e.g. S4) and change the number accordingly.
