p a r t s s h a l l b e f r e e of defects in m a t e r i a l s and workmanship under n o r m a l use and s e r v i c e and
that in fulfillment of any breach of s u c h warranty, Heath Company s h a l l replace such defective

its factory. The foregoing warranty s h a l l apply only to the
original buyer, and i s and s h a l l be in lieu of a l l o t h e r w a r r a n t i e s , whether e x p r e s s o r implied
and of a l l other obligations o r liabilities on the part of Heath Company and in no event shall
Heath Company b e liable for any anticipatedprofits, consequential damages, loss of time o r other
l o s s e s incurred by the buyer in connection with the purchase, a s s e m b l y o r operation of Heathklts
o r components thereof.
No replacement s h a l l be made of p a r t s damaged by the buyer in the
c o u r s e of handling o r assembling Heathkit equipment.
NOTE: The foregoing warranty i s completely void and we will not replace, r e p a i r o r s e r v i c e
