From the Timer screen, press the Navigation
Stopwatch screen .
• Press the OK
• When the Stopwatch is active, press the Right Menu
record the lap .
• When the Stopwatch is active, press the OK
• When the Stopwatch is paused, press OK
• When the Stopwatch is paused, press the Left Menu
