This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 90 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 3 Step One Place metal bracket on Side Rails (3) over pre-inserted bolts in Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) and hand-tighten to loosely secure parts together. Do not tighten bolts with M5 Allen Key (B) until you have inserted the Centre Rail in Step Four.
- Page 4 Step Three Attach Centre Support (8) to Bottom Supports (7) and secure into place using Screws 4 x 50mm (I) as shown in the diagram below. Screw 4 x 50mm (I) Screw 4 x 50mm (I) Screw Cross head Screw Driver 4 x 50mm x 4 Step Four Insert Centre Rail (5) into the brackets on the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2).
- Page 5 Step Five Insert the Front Legs (6)x2 into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the Headboard (1) and twist to secure, as shown in the diagram below. Legs x 2 Step Six Attach the Metal Plate (15) to the bottom of the Footboard (2) using Bolts M6 X 25mm (G)x2. Do not tighten the bolts until you make adjustment for the screw hole at the Side Rail (3).
- Page 6 Step Seven Attach Metal Stopper (16) to the Bottom Support (7) using screw 4 x 18mm (M). Screw 4 x 18 (8) Metal Stopper x 4 Step Eight With the curved side facing upwards, insert 2 Slats (4) into a Centre Plastic Cap (C) followed by a Side Plastic Cap (D) onto the other end of both slats.
- Page 7 Step Nine To construct the drawers, fix Drawer Back (10) with one end of each Drawer Support (14) using Screws 3.5 x 30mm (J) as shown in Fig.1, then fix the Drawer Sides (9) to the Drawer Back (10). Next, insert Drawer Bottom (12) and then fix Drawer Front (11) using Screws 3.5 x 30mm (J) as shown in Fig.2.
